Lawana Resort, Koh Samui

I had a wonderful stay at this resort, with its beautiful sea view and direct beach access. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant experience. The staff, especially Jeevan, were incredibly welcoming. However, I found the dining options a bit lacking in variety, and the pool could get quite crowded at times. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for families and couples looking for a peaceful getaway.

During my stay at the resort, I found several positives, including a lovely clean pool and a breakfast that stood out among Thai standards. However, a few significant drawbacks made the experience less enjoyable, such as overcrowding at the pool, insufficient breakfast seating, and Wi-Fi issues within the rooms. Overall, there's a nice ambiance, but improvements in management and facilities are necessary.

Our stay at this resort had its ups and downs. The location is really lovely, right by the beach and close to Fisherman’s Village, which is just a short walk away. The pool area is nice, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the breakfast situation could use some improvement, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t reliable during our stay. Overall, while the property has great potential, some management issues and crowded areas held it back from being truly exceptional.

Lawana Resort is an absolute gem with stunning bungalows that are beautifully decorated and provide a tranquil escape just a short walk from the beach. The pool area is lovely, though dining options could be improved as the breakfast is great but other meals fall short. While the sea is perfect for swimming, the location does have some major roadworks nearby that can make getting around a bit challenging. Overall, you get superb value for money and a very relaxing atmosphere, especially for couples and families.
